This Rum comes to us from the Bielle distillery located on Marie-Galante, Guadeloupe. This cane juice based rum comes from fresh pressed cane juice that is distilled on a column still then through a pot still and bottled with no additives.

ABV: 59%

Nose: Vegetal, like walking in a grove of pine trees, Lemon zest, earthy, Spearmint, Guava.

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Vegetal, Spearmint, Lemon Zest, Earthy, Briny, Coriander, Guava.

Finish: Longer finish, Vegetal, Spearmint, Lemon Zest, Earthy, Briny, coriander, Guava.

Rating: 7/10

Packed with savory flavors with some fruit that pops in, this is a real treat.
