Review #964; Brandy #47: Domaine D’Aurensan 15yr (2006) “PM Spirits Selection” (Blind Re-Review)

Domaine D’Aurensan 2006 15yr (Blind)

This single cask of Armagnac comes to us from the Domaine D’Aurensan producer. This bottling was distilled in 2006 on a Continuous small Armagnac still, put into a 220 liter Gascon Oak cask, utilized 100% Ugni Blanc Grapes, and was aged for 15 years. After ageing, it was bottled at cask strength with no additives or filtering for PM Spirits.

I had this blind then was revealed the bottle so keep that in mind.

ABV: 42.8%

Great. Nice fruity background, a bit of rancio, good oak structure. Tons of fruit and spice make this enjoyable.
