This rum comes to us from Seven Three distilling co located in New Orleans, Louisana. This is a rum made from Louisiana molasses, distilled on a hybrid pot/column still, unaged and bottled with no additives. ABV: 42.5% Nose: Faint Vanilla, light lemon. This is a new release from the Barbados distillery of Mount Gay. A limited release, this rum was aged for 14 years in Barbados before being finished for 11 months in virgin Andean Oak casks. This single cask comes to us from St.Lucia distillers located on the island of the same name. With the advent of the Ed Hamilton St.Lucia Single casks, St.Lucia distillers formulated their own single cask program under the Chairman’s Reserve brand. These have been a combination of stills all aged in ex-bourbon and aged tropically. This
