This rum comes from Three Roll Estate, a producer located in Baton Rouge, Louisana. This Cachaca-inspiried rum is made with fresh pressed cane jucie from Louisana’s sugar harvest, fermented with yeast from Brazil, distilled on a pot still, and bottled with no additives. This particular sample comes from Cane harvested in 2018. ABV: 45% Nose: Rainwater, Bell

This is an aged cane juice Ron from San Juan Artisan Distillers located in Puerto Rico. The cane for this Ron has been grown near the distillery, cut, and then double distilled on a copper pot still before being put into ex-bourbon barrels for ageing. ABV: 43% Nose: Vanilla Bean, Green Apple, Black Pepper, Raspberry, light vegetals.

This is a Ron that comes to us from San Juan Artisan distillery located in Puerto Rico. This is sugarcane Juice from estate grown cane that is doubled distilled on copper pot stills before being bottled with no additives. This is a new release from the Barbados distillery of Mount Gay. A limited release, this rum was aged for 14 years in Barbados before being finished for 11 months in virgin Andean Oak casks. These casks came from trees located in the Colombian Andes. ABV: 48% Nose: Cherry, Black Pepper, Raspberries, Orange Peel, tannins Palate: Medium lighter

This rum comes to us from Roulasion distillery located in Louisiana. This rum is produced using Louisiana molasses that is then fermented for 2-3 weeks, distilled on a pot still, and bottled un-filtered with no additives. ABV: 57.5% Nose: Toasted Coconut, Vanilla bean, Brine, Blackberry, lime juice Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, Lime Zest, Toasted Coconut, Brine, Blackberry Finish: Medium
