This is a widely available Mezcal offering, this is an espadin that is crushed and fermented in oak vats. It is then double distilled in small copper stills. ABV: 40% Nose: Slight citrus sweetness, pepper, spice, Palate: Thinnish mouthfeel, light smoke. Slight citrus sweetness, black pepper, slight spice, minerally.
