Review #60; Scotch #11: Bruichladdich 90/27

Background: This is an unpeated Bruichladdich aged for 17 years in ex-bourbon casks, then aged for 10 years in Bordeaux wine caks.
This is a travel retail exclusive.

ABV: 49.5%

Nose: Sweet fruits, Grapes, berries, vanilla, honey , Wine, oak, citrus.

Palate: Punchy, thick oily, mouthfeel, oak sweet fruits, berries, vanilla, honey, and tannins.

Finish: Long, lingering Vanilla cream, sweet berrys, oak, tannins, chocolate, hint of floral, baking spices.

Lots of long interesting flavors, complex and delicious. This sample won’t last long.
