This is a fine bottling. The flavors are nice, vanilla, a bit of earthiness, iodine. You get a good sense of some of the underlying cane with a nice cask influence. Im not sure how much the mushroom flavor comes through but I feel a bit of the rubber I get might be from that infusion. Its good in a I want to try this weird thing kind of way for me, but not something I’d want to drink a bottle of.
