Roaming Road Belize 18 Year

Review #1333; Rum #638

This sample was provided to me by a producer, distributor, or some other industry source free-of-charge. No compensation, outside of the sample, was received and there were no strings attached.

This is a molasses rum from Belize that was distilled on a column still, aged for 18 years in an ex-bourbon cask, and bottled at cask strength with no additives.

Rating: 6/10

This is a very good rum. It has those nice classic kind of rummy flavors and if you like a nice oak backbone to your rum this is for you. I’ll admit I’ve never been really into the Belize rums and I like this a lot less than what other folks would I’m sure.
