Review #97; Bourbon #44: Wild Turkey Master Keep Revival

Master’s Keep Revival is made from a blend of Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged 12-15 years before finishing in at least 20-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks, hand-selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell.

Batch No. 1

Bottle No. 31,488

ABV: 50.5%

Nose: Fruity sweetness, caramel, honey, oak, rye, a bit of mustyness that furit sweetness dominates the nose but mixes well with the other flavors.

Palate: The fruity sweetness lingers for a second, then comes the vanilla, leather, oak, spice. Well balanced.

Finish: Vanilla creaminess, oak, leather, spice, with some hints of fruit here and there. Dry finish

This is a tasty product, and different from the other 2 master keeps. It’s a fine product but again falls over priced and is the weakest of the 3 masterkeeps.
