This is a single cask of Clynelish from independent bottlers Signatory Vintage. This single malt was aged for 23 years before being bottled at cask strength with no additives or chill filtering.

ABV: 57.7%

Nose: Honey, Shortbread, Hay, Lemon Zest, oak spice

Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, Waxy, Honey, Shortbread, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, candied orange

Finish: Longer finish, Honey, Shortbread, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper, oak spice, candied Orange

Rating: 7/10

This is great. Honey, Waxy, Shortbread, its like an afternoon snack in a glass. The dried fruits bring a nice complexity as well. No surprise that a 90s Clynelish is as good as it is.
