Review #925; Brandy #46: Domaine D’esperance 18yr (2001)

Domaine D’esperance Bas Armagnac 18yr 2001

An 18 year old Armagnac from D’esperance I don’t know much else beyond that and it was selected from a group based out of Northern New York State.

ABV: 50.4%

Nose: Fruity, Raspberry Jam, Blackberry, faint nuttiness, black pepper, nutmeg

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Raspberry Jam, Black Berry, Nuttiness, Peppery, Nutmeg, Green Apple, Dark Chocolate

Finish: Medium length finish, Nuttiness, Black Pepper, Raspberry, Blackberry, Dark Chocolate

Rating: 7/10

Fruity, with just enough savory to balance. Nice proof and great to drink this is crushable and a winner.
