This Cognac comes to us from Through The Grapevine which is selected with La Masion Du Whisky. This 1995 vintage is from Petit Champagne and is likely 25 years old and bottled at cask strength with no additives.

ABV: 55%

Nose: Orange Peel, Nuttiness, Green Apple, Dark Chocolate, oak spice, Black Pepper, Nutmeg

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, Orange Peel, Green Apple, Dark Chocolate, Nuttiness, Black Pepper Nutmeg, Blackberry

Finish: Longer length finish, Green Apple, Dark Chocolate, Nuttiness, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Allspice, Blackberry.

Rating: 8/10

An excellent Cognac. Nice burst of fruits which bring a nice balance to the more powerful savory flavors. The finish hangs around for a while in full orange peel, nuttiness, and some green apple.
