This is the second bottling from Distillerie Port-Au-Prince located in Haiti. This rum is made from Cane Syrup and Cane Juice, which has dunder added to it. The sugarcane comes from Michel Sajous who makes Clairin Sajous.

Dirty, Raw, Vegetal, Slightly industrial but somehow a bit clean all at the same time. This rum has a ton going on flavor wise and will hold your attention all night. Strong cleaner, glue, vinegar is balanced out a bit by some Lim Zest and fruits along with the toasted coconut. Way wilder than the first release and better in my opinion.
