This was aged for 23 years in a refill hogshead before being bottled at cask strength with no additives or chill filtering.

Simply an excellent single malt. The mossy, earthy, and meaty notes are all wonderful, tempered by a bit of melon. This one really hits me in the nostalgia factor, taking me back to campouts and hiking in scouts when I was a teenager. A big fan of this one, I wish more of it made it into bottles.
