Background: This single cask of Armagnac comes to us from L’Encantada a bottler of the spirit. This cask of Armagnac was aged for 35 years before being bottled at cask strength with no additives. I had this blind then was revealed the bottle so keep that in mind when reading my notes.
ABV: 46.6%
Nose: Floralness, Sweet but hint of tart fruits, orange, citrus. pears
Palate: Floraly sweetness, pears, strong pears, citrus hint, oak brown sugar
Finish: Pears, citrus, oak.
Pleasant, strong fruity flavors with an overarching floralness. Enjoyable and a nice drink after a long work day.
Guess: This is a Yak of some kind, around 50%, and 12-20 years old

Huh, not much experience with this spirit but I think I may come around to it. Going to try some more and maybe grab a bottle or two.
1 | Disgusting | So bad I poured it out.
