This gin comes to us from Castle and Key distillery located in Kentucky. They distill their Rye whiskey new make then infused it with a combination of botanicals before bottling.
I had this completely blind, so keep that in mind when reading my review.
ABV: 47%

Finish: Medium length finish, sea salt, seaweed, candied lemon peel, Coriander, Cumin, clove.
Rating: 7/10
This is a great gin. I really like how hard it leans into the fruity side of the flavor spectrum while slightly balancing it out with a good set of spices. This is like a cocktail in a glass ready to go.
Guess: Craft gin, unaged. Heavy on the citrus botanicals. 46-49% abv. Castle and Key seasonal release?
Reveal: Castle and Key Rise seasonal Spring Gin
Boom, nailed it. I historically love the gins that Castle and Key puts out and this is no exception to that. Perfect for a hot summer day or to throw in a cocktail Castle and Key just really knows how to craft a quality gin.
