Finish: Medium length finish, honeycomb, orange peel, cooked apple, vanilla, oak spice, musty.

Rating: 8/10

Packed with flavor and full of fruits, spices, and good oak influence that iswell behaved this is an incredible well-crafted dram that has been treated very well. It compares favorably to the other Black Art I tried (3.1 or 4.1) as one of the better unpeated scotches I have tried. I wouldn’t even try to take a big stab at the barrels used except to guess that there is some refill sherry in here somewhere.
