ABV: 50.2%

Nose: Honey, Bread, Vanilla, Peppery, Lemon Zest, Floral

Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel. Pop of Vanilla, Honey, Bread, Lemon zest, black pepper, and cumin

Finish: Medium length finish. Vanilla, Honey, Bready, Black pepper

Rating: 6/10

Overall, a straightforward grain that has nice flavors if a bit on the simple side. Nice notes of vanilla, spices, good cask influence, a bit of floralness pop in and out to make for a good dram. The spice level is nice on it and provides a good solid contrast to the other flavors. A very good single grain from a now closed distillery
