ABV: 52.9%

Nose: Raspberry faint medicinal, raw green bell peppers, vegetalness, green wood, earthy,

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, warm. Green Apple, bell pepper, vegetalness, minerality, brine, vanilla.

Finish: Medium length finish. Warm and Dry, raw green bell peppers, green apple, brine, raspberry, minerality, vanilla.

Rating: 8/10

Rich, full of flavors, well balanced. This is a rich and complex offering. The strong vegetalness is well balanced by intense fruit flavors like apple, raspberry, and spices to bring it all together. This is a delicious mezcal.
