This is a very good Mezcal. Very dry, savory, tons of earthiness and minerality going on, with some green woodiness to boot. A hint of vanilla pops in as does faint fruit notes. savory notes, spices, heavy brine, and minerality scratch an itch I didn’t know I had. However, it doesn’t rise quite as high as some other offering’s I have tried in the past.
