I’ve had a few Tio Rey Ensamble’s, and this one by far is my favorite. Its pack full of rich savory notes that mesh and work really well together. Its complex, with great mouthfeel and a long finish. The Earthy and Mineral notes are things I often get in these bottlings, and round out a great experience. I can say that one of his offerings has never disappointed me.
