Review #550; Bourbon #134: Hudson Baby Bourbon OPA Pick “Cornbread”

This is a pick for a bar in Ohio, from the Tuthilltown distiller. I don’t know the age but can presume the 100% corn mashbill. Let’s see uh, if Hudson still isn’t awful.

ABV: 50%

Nose: Sawdust, Paint Varnish, Wet Cardboard,

Palate: Heavy sawdust, wet cardboard, acetone,

Finish: Too long, sawdust, heavy wet cardboard, musty, tannic

Hudson continues to show they make a bad product. Tons of sawdust, like licking an oak barrel, wet cardboard, must. I don’t know what they do to make this product so bad, but good lord people, avoid all Hudson bourbon products. I couldn’t even finish my sample. You could offer me money to drink Hudson and I would turn you down.
