Review #53; Scotch #9: Glen Grant Signatory Vintage 1997 Bounty Hunter Select

Background: This is a Scotch single barrel, bottled for Bounty Hunter in California. This was aged for 20 years before being bottled at cask strength with no color added and was non-chill filtered.

ABV: 60%

Nose: Bright Berries, honeycomb, Floralness, Cereals.

Palate: Medium thickness, some heat. Sweet vanilla, honey, floral wildflower, citrus hint.

Finish: Long, sweet honey cereals, citrus, pepper, maybe some sweeter baking spices.

Delicious, enjoyable, sweet. Very good and I want a bottle.
