ABV: 58.7%

Nose: Heavy Baking Spices, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, dark chocolate, fig jam,

Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, Fig jam, allspice, grapes, nutmeg, cinnamon, maltiness

Finish: Medium length finish. Warm, Fig Jam, heavy baking spices, raisin, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice.

Rating: 6/10

Overall while good, this doesn’t rise to great for me. It is all cask influence with very little spirit influence to balance it out. This would go great on a nice cold night when you just wanted to kick back with a fruit heavy and spicy dessert dram. It’s a touch on the sweet side for me, but I can see why some people would love it.
