Palate: Medium mouthfeel, tart dry pear, acidity, maple syrup, light vanilla, tartness.

Finish: Medium length, dry. Pear skin, slight must, oak spice, light pepper and vanilla.

Rating: 5/10

If you are coming to look for a pear brandy, this is pretty much what you might expect. Its not overly complex but the pear skin flavor is very strong, with some oak spice and other flavors mixed in. As a fan of pears I wanted to like this more, but I found it to be just ok to my palate.
