This stuff is wonderful. It’s a fruit explosion, but despite all the fruit and bubble gum it doesn’t stray into being overly sweet, laying more into the tartness of all those fruits. This is one of the most unique rums I have had, and one that I hope we get more in the future. Not only is it great neat, it is fantastic in cocktails. Yes, I hear your gasps, but it is wonderful in a Daiquiri.
