Background: A blend of whiskeys from Willett distillery in Kentucky. I had this blind so keep that in mind while reading my notes.
ABV: 57.15%
Nose: Very sweet, spice, hint of fruit and vanilla
Palate: Thick, oily, sweet fruits and a hint of spice. Pops at the back with heavy vanilla frosting and baking spices.
Finish: Long and sweet turns and stays into creamy vanilla and a long warm oak.
Rating: 7/10
Reveal: Noahs Mill
Conclusion: Well this drinks well below its proof and is quite tasty. I could sip on this all day. Now to find a bottle for my bar.
