Review #304; Gin #2: Big Bottom Gin

Big Bottom Gin

This is a gin offering from Big Bottom Distilling, an Oregon based distiller who has a few products in its line with this gin being their first in house distilled spirit. This gin has 16 botanicals used in it, though I cannot find the list of them. Let’s see how it tastes.

ABV: 45.5%

Nose: Juniper pops, pine, strong citrus, some lime, floral.

Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, jumper, floral, peppery, citrus, vanilla.

Finish: Medium length, peppery, briney, juniper, floralness.

Rating: 5/10

Overall tasty, this would be a great thing to throw in a glass during the summer. Refreshing and alright, good for the price too. Would grab a bottle if I could.
