Daneil Boju Royal “15” year, Brut de Fut
This is a near 15 year old Coganc, which clocks in at an incredibly high 60% abv . Let’s see how this spirit holds up!
ABV: 60%
Nose: Strong fresh grapes, allspice, oak, slight citrus,
Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, over ripe grapes, slight blueberry, citrus, slight oak spice.
Finish: Long, warm rich figs, citrus, all spice, black pepper, black tea.
Rating: 7/10
This is a delicious, fruity, oaky, spicy punch in the face in all the best ways. I would love to keep a bottle of this on hand.
