Glenturret 12 Year Old Particular K+L

This was distilled in 2006, is a single cask, and aged in a Sherry Hogshead. Lets Dive into it!

ABV: 62.3%

Nose: Strong Plums, Musty, Allspice, Oak,

Palate: Medium, oily mouthfeel. Plums, Allspice, Oak, slight honey, grapes, tart berries, figs

Finish: Medium length, dry, baking spices, plums, slight sulfur, black pepper,

Rating: 7/10

This is a perfectly fine dram, good flavors that smack you in the face due to being cask strength. All in all a good product I would want on my shelf.

1 | Disgusting | So bad I poured it out.

2 | Poor | I wouldn’t consume by choice.

3 | Bad | Multiple flaws.

4 | Sub-par | Not bad, but better exists.

5 | Good | Good, just fine.

6 | Very Good | A cut above.
