XO, Grand Champagne, aged at least 6 years. Bottles for the SMWS. Lets dive in and see how this stacks up.

ABV: 57.5%

Nose: Light fruits, grapes, light tannins, tart blueberries. Light floral notes.

Palate: Thick oily mouthfeel, Heat, grapes, tart berries, dryness, oakyness, slight spicyness.

Finish: Medium Length, Grapes, heat, spicy, dry, tart berries

Rating: 6/10

This is a fine release; it has the flavors that I look for in a brandy, with some good sweetness and tartness in there that is well balanced, if a bit hot. Well done by SMWS!
