They took their mash recipe for their rye and ran it through the botanicals you see listed on the label. This is then bottled at distillation strength, with a main aim at cocktail making according to our tour, lets see how this stuff holds up to a neat review.

I will admit I have not drank much Gin, but I really enjoy this stuff. The notes of the herbalness give it a nice spicy kick tempered by the other botanicals that make for a really good neat drink in the summer. Throw it on some nice for something cool and refreshing on hot days, throw it in a nice cocktail and the 53% abv will shine through. This is something I need to grab a couple more bottles of next time I am in Kentucky.
