Nose: Caramel, Cherry, Vanilla, Toasty Warm Berries, Spice, Black Pepper

Palate: Medium Mouthfeel, Cherry, Caramel, Oak, Black Pepper

Finish: Shortish, Oak, slight cherry, some must, Vanilla

Rating: 5/10

This is fine, it’s a slighty oakier, more spicy offering of the standard Buffalo Trace line, I think I give a slight preference to the Standard offering but I wouldn’t mind another bottle on hand.
