Background: This is a rye distilled on a pot still and aged for less than 4 years in New York by craft distillers Tuthilltown Spirits. I had this blind then was revealed the bottle.
ABV: 46%
Nose: Ethanol, Corn, Grains, Matly, Grassy, Dirty, Spicey. Nose is very off-putting
Palate: Ethanol, Acetone, Grass, harsh. Not much more going on here
Finish: Warm, Too Long, Acetone, paint thinner.
I would guess 45-50% abv, Rye, perhaps with high malted barley, young 4-6 years.
Rating: 1/10
Reveal: Hudson Manhattan Rye
