Review #109; Bourbon #46: Old Fitz 9yr 2018 Bottled in Bond

This is the 2018 yearly release of the Fitzgerald BiB series. It has a mashbill of 75% corn, 20% wheat, and 5% malted barley.

ABV: 50%

Nose: Spice, Cherry, Vanilla, oak,

Palate: Thinnish mouthfeel, Heat, Spice, leather, oak, Vanilla cream, Tobacco leaf.

Finish: Medium length, Leather, oak, vanilla, black pepper.

This just doesn’t do it for me. Oaky and boring with very little flavor.
