This is a single cask of Cognac from Domaine Jean-Luc Pasquet. This was distilled in 2006 and aged till 2021. It was bottled at cask strength with no additives for Kirsch import.
ABV: 50.1%
Nose: Apple peel, currants, raspberry, Cinnamon
Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Cinnamon, Raspberry, Apple Peel, nuttiness, blackberry
Finish: Medium length finish, Cinnamon, Nuttiness, Apple, Blackberry, Raspberry
Rating: 6/10
A very good and tasty cognac. It’s bright and fruity with just a touch of oak structure. Very enjoyable to drink, though not too challenging.
