Review #1301; Rum #606
Pete and Carwick are a group of independent bottlers who seek to bottle well made spirits. This is a blend of pot and column still rum from molasses distilled at the DDL distillery in Guyana. It is a blend of aged and unaged rums from DDL and thus has no age statement. It was lowered to bottling proof in ex-single malt and rum casks.
Distillery: Demerara Distillers Limited

Region: Guyana
Still: Pot & Column

Rating: 6/10
You know, I was pretty skeptical at first, but this is a pretty good offering from DDL and I say that not as a huge fan outside of Port Mourant. Salted Lemon, lettuce, bread, a bit of fruits here and there. This is just pleasant to drink.
