Review #692; Gin #20: Castle & Key Rise Spring Gin 2021

This gin comes to us from Castle and Key distillery located in Kentucky. They distill their Rye whiskey new make then infused it with a combination of botanicals before bottling. I had this completely blind, so keep that in mind when reading my review. ABV: 47% Nose: Orange Peel, Lemon Curd, Coriander, Juniper, Cumin. Palate: Lighter mouthfeel, Orange
