This rum, like their other bottlings, is an aged rum made from fresh pressed sugar cane juice form a local farm in the low country of South Carolina. This bottling comes from Rast Farms located in Cameron South Carolina.

Palate: Medium mouthfeel, Hay, Vanilla, Mint, Green Apple
Finish: Short finish, green wood, mint, Hay, peppery
Rating: 4/10
This is not bad. But the young wood note is far more prominent than the other bottling of this Ive tried. Its not bad, but the other release Ive had was significantly better.
