Review #1280; Rum #585
Here we have another bottling of rum from the Foursquare exceptional cask series. This rum was distilled from molasses in 2011 from both the pot and column stills. It was then aged in Barbados for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at high proof with no additives.

Finish: Medium length finish, Nutmeg, Leather, Cherry, Toasted Coconut, Black Pepper
Rating: 7/10
Another great classic release from Foursquare. These vintages are always delicious, always quality, and a good buy. You can’t go wrong with them. Compared to the other named releases, the vintages lack as much variance, but that can also be a good thing.
