Here we have a rhum distilled at the Engenhos do Norte distillery located on the island of Madeira. This rum was distilled from fresh pressed cane juice before being bottled at a high proof with no additives.

Palate: Medium oily mouthfeel, Lemongrass, Salinity, Mint, Touch of Chlorine
Finish: Medium length finish, Peppery, Lemongrass, Salinity, Mint
Rating: 6/10
A fine unaged agricole, it hits those notes I tend to like and find but doesn’t rise to some of the great ones I’ve tried.
1 | Disgusting | So bad I poured it out.

4 | Sub-par | Not bad, but better exists.
5 | Good | Good, just fine.
