This rum here comes from Circle Hook Distilling, a distillery located in Mississippi. This bottle is made from a blend of molasses distillate and cane syrup distillate distilled on a pot still. . Aged for a period of time in New charred oak casks and bottled at cask strength with no additives or coloring.  This is a single cask bottled for Lincoln Road.

Rating: 6/10

For a small distiller in Mississippi making rum with molasses and cane juice and cane syrup this is quite good. Its bold in flavor, tons of oak influence. Their website was down at time of writing so Im going to assume new charred American oak casks from my taste but I could be wrong. Its bold and punchy while still being quite fruity and not drowned by the cask to me. Overall a very good bottle.
