This is the 2nd iteration of the New Riff Whiskey Club peated experiment. When distilled, they used a backset collected from peat smoked barley used to age this rye. It comes with a 95% rye, 5% Malted Rye Peated backset, was aged at least 4 years, then bottled at 50% without chill filtration. ABV: 50% Nose: Green
