This rum comes to us from Privateer distillery located in Ipswich Massachusetts. This single cask was aged for 5 years and 5 months in ex-whiskey casks before being bottled at cask strength with no additives. This is a bottling from Dom De Luxe of a still strength, unaged DOK. Coming in at a searing ABV and full of ester that clock in at 1600, this was released in a limited count of 150 bottles. Let us see if this fares better than the last still strength DOK I tasted. ABV: 85.6%
