This is a rum from the Foursquare distillery located in Barbados. It is a Pot/Column blend of rum aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon casks and and Pot/Column blend aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon then another 4 in ex sherry casks before being bottled. ABV: 56% Nose: Raisins, Raspberry, Toffee, Toasted Brown Sugar, Coconut, Nutmeg Palate: Medium

This comes to us from Nashville Barrel Company and Is a single cask sourced from an undisclosed distillery in Venezuela. This was aged for 4.5 years in the Caribbean then finished for 2 years in Ex-Bourbon casks in Nashville before being bottled with no additives. ABV: 66.7% Nose: Vanilla Frosting, Dark Chocolate, Black Pepper, Oak Spice, faint

This is a 14 year old rum bottled by Holmes Cay and produced at the Foursquare distillery in Barbados. This was aged for 11 years in Barbados and 3 years in the UK before being bottled with no additives. It was aged its entire life in ex-bourbon casks. This bottle of rum comes to us from Nashville Barrel Company. This single cask of rum is sourced from Venezuela (no source on which distillery). It was aged for 6 years, 4.5 in the Caribbean then finished for 2 years in ex-bourbon in Nashville before being bottled. ABV: 66.68% Nose: Crème Brulee, toasted brown sugar, charred mango.

This rum comes from the Foursquare distillery located on Barbados. This expression has been aged for 12 years as a combination of pot and column distillate and a blend of ex-bourbon and ex-madeira casks. This was released with no additives. Sagacity is a French term meaning “The Quality of being discerning, sound of judgement.” ABV: 48%

This is an unaged Aguardiente from the hills of Uruapan, Michoacan. It is made from 100% cane sugar and is a blend of fermented cane juice distilled in a pot and first press molasses distilled on a column still. ABV: 43% Nose: Briney, slight grassiness, vanilla, herbalness, light floral. Palate: Light mouthfeel. Vanilla, slight brine, slight vegetalness, cumin.

This is a 2020 release from Habitation Velier, who worked with Hampden distillery in Jamaica to select this rum. This unaged high ester release features the LROK mark from Hampden, which has an ester count between 300-400 esters gr/hL. Let see how it stacks up.
