Background: This is an aged mezcal, made with 100% agave espadin cooked in a stone oven.  ABV: 43% Nose: Sulphur, honey, baking spices, cloves, Palate: Honey, dry, oily mouthfeel, sweet baking spices on the back end, pepper, Finish: Medium, lingers with the spices and sweetness mixing with a hint of dark chocolate.
