Review #1155; Rum #470
Baie Des Trésors is not a distillery that I had heard of until I saw this bottle recently. This is a Rhum Agricole from Martinique and comes from sugar cane grown on the Agricole Du Galion. This is the Plein Soleil “White Rum” release. The fresh pressed cane juice from the estate is distilled on column still owned by Sainte-Marie.

A very good, quality agricole rum. The flavors here are really nice and well balanced. It doesn’t rise to the greatness of some other unaged Rhum Agricole for me, but it is a very solid offering. I wish it was a bit cheaper, however.
