This Cachaca-inspiried rum is made with fresh pressed cane jucie from Louisana’s sugar harvest, fermented with yeast from Brazil, distilled on a pot still, and bottled with no additives. This particular sample comes from Cane harvested in 2018. ABV: 45% Nose: Rainwater, Bell

This is an aged cane juice Ron from San Juan Artisan Distillers located in Puerto Rico. The cane for this Ron has been grown near the distillery, cut, and then double distilled on a copper pot still before being put into ex-bourbon barrels for ageing.
