Alambique Serrano 3 Años cask #296

Review #1412; Rum #711

This rum comes from the Krassel Brothers Distillery in Mexico. This rum was made from fresh pressed cane juice distilled by Axel and William Krassel in the Krassel column still. It then aged for 3  years in new Hungarian oak barrels before being bottled at cask strength with no additives.

Just an all around great bottle from Alambique. Loads of baking spices, fruits, and a bit of black tea. It’s well balanced and delicious. They continue to put out all these great single barrels and blends and there is a reason they are among my favorite distilleries.
