Hailing from the Bologne distiller on Guadeloupe, this fresh pressed cane juice is made from 100% black cane varietal sugar cane that is left to rest several months after distillation before being bottled at natural strength.

Another great rum from Bologne. This one has classic spices, tropical fruits, and that minerality / earthiness you would expect.
